Entry Requirements

✔ Entrants must be 18+ years old.
✔ Must reside in VIC, NSW, QLD, or ACT.
✔ Must purchase a Membership Package via our website, which grants access to special discounts and VIP events.
✔ Entries are allocated based on the Membership Package purchased (as outlined on the Membership Page).
✔ Entries can also be obtained by purchasing specific merchandise on our website.

Maximum Entries

🚀 10,000 entries per person.

Number of Winners

🏆 Maximum of 3 Winners.

Competition Period

🕗 Opens: 08:00 AM on 1st March 2025
🕔 Closes: 05:00 PM on 29th April 2025
📍 Time Zone: AEST

Prizes

🎁 Total Prize Pool: Up to $30,699.95

🔹 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, unless agreed in writing.
🔹 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with an equivalent cash prize at its sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Prize Draw

✔ Winners will be randomly selected via an electronic number generator.
✔ Live Draw: 08:00 PM on 29th April 2025 (AEST), streamed via Future Boating Lifestyle’s social media.

Winner Notification & Publication

✔ Winners will be notified within 7 days via phone & email.
✔ Winners will be announced on our website & social media.

Winner Eligibility

✔ The entrant’s details must be correct and accurate.
❌ Employees & immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible to win.

Prize Delivery

✔ Prizes will be delivered within 8 weeks of confirming the winner’s eligibility.
✔ Cash prizes (if applicable) will be sent via bank transfer.
✔ The Promoter covers delivery costs, but winners are responsible for any additional taxes or duties.

PART B – Terms & Conditions

How to Enter

✔ Entrants must meet all Entry Requirements.
✔ Entries must be received during the Competition Period.

Winner Selection

✔ The random draw will be conducted as per Part A.
✔ Incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.

Unclaimed Prizes

• If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months (by 29th July 2025), a re-draw will take place at 08:00 PM on 29th July 2025 (AEST).
• The new winner will be:
  ✔ Notified by phone & email within 7 days.
  ✔ Announced on our website & social media within 7 days.

Prizes – Conditions & Limitations

✔ Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be modified.
✔ The Promoter is not responsible for lost or misdirected prizes.
✔ If the winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will not be re-drawn.
✔ Some prizes may be delivered directly by third-party suppliers.

✔ Entrants agree to provide personal information to the Promoter.
✔ Information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

✔ The Promoter may request proof of identity & residency before awarding prizes.
✔ The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in cases of fraud, tampering, or unforeseen events.
✔ Any entrant found to be breaching these terms will be disqualified.

✔ By entering, entrants release social media platforms from any liability related to this competition.

Exclusion of Liability

✔ The Promoter is not liable for:
