Introduction

By using our website www.futureboatinglifestyle.com, social media platforms, or purchasing a membership package, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

By agreeing to these Terms, you enter into an agreement with Future Boating Lifestyle Pty Ltd (ACN 682 236 479), including its successors and related bodies corporate (Future Boating Lifestyle, we, us).

Your Agreement

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that:

Membership Packages

We offer two types of membership packages:

1. Ongoing Package

Renewed monthly from the date of purchase.
Provides continuous benefits as detailed on our website.

2. One-Off Package

A one-time purchase for access to special offers.
Not automatically renewed after the set duration expires.

Membership Benefits

Depending on the package purchased, members may receive:
✔ Access to Partner Discount Programs with multiple retailers.
✔ Exclusive discounts on Future Boating Lifestyle merchandise.
✔ Entry into competitions, giveaways, and member-only events.

Upgrading or Renewing Your Membership

You can upgrade from a One-Off Package to an Ongoing Package.
Fees may change, and updates will apply from the next billing cycle.
If you do not agree to changes, you must notify us before the end of your billing cycle to cancel.

Renewal & Payment

Payment Authorization

By purchasing a Membership Package, you authorize Future Boating Lifestyle and payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to:
✔ Charge your payment method for the membership fee.
✔ Store your payment details for future transactions.

Automatic Renewal (Ongoing Packages Only)

Your membership auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle.
Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If the fee increases, we will notify you at least 10 days before renewal.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may:
🚫 Suspend or cancel your membership.
⚠ Charge interest of 10% p.a. on overdue amounts.
🛑 Delete your account if fees remain unpaid.

Pricing & Discounts

✔ Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
✔ Shipping or delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
✔ You are responsible for any taxes or duties on purchases.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership anytime before your next renewal date via Account Settings.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

❌ No prorated refunds unless:
✔ Required by Australian Consumer Law.
✔ We cancel your membership without cause.

Opting Out of Marketing

Canceling your membership does not automatically remove you from our marketing database. To opt out, click ‘unsubscribe’ in our emails or SMS.

Discounts & Events

By purchasing a membership, you may receive:

✔ Invitations to exclusive events.

Important Notes

We do not manage third-party offers and are not responsible for their terms.
Offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time.
Offers cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Trade Promotions & Competitions

✔ Competitions are governed by separate terms & conditions.

If a competition is compromised by fraud or unauthorized activity, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your entry.

Winner Agreement

By participating in a competition, you agree that:
✔ We may use your name, image, and voice in marketing.
✔ You will not receive any fees for this usage.

Account & Payment Information

Keeping Your Details Updated

✔ You must ensure your billing information is current.
✔ If your payment method changes (e.g., expired card), update it immediately.

Errors & Incorrect Payments

Future Boating Lifestyle reserves the right to:
✔ Correct pricing errors after payment.
✔ Request additional payment for undercharges.

Termination & Account Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your membership if:

❌ You fail to pay your fees.
❌ We choose to discontinue the membership program (with 30 days’ notice).

Intellectual Property

✔ All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on our platform are owned by Future Boating Lifestyle.
✔ You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

Privacy Policy & Data Use

By using our services, you consent to:
✔ Receiving emails & SMS notifications related to your membership.
✔ Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal data.

Third-Party Links & Liability

Limitation of Liability
